The lab held Plenary meeting for the new academic year August 28, 2023. 

We study the Code of conduct one more time, Along with that, Prof. Sun communicated with foreign new colleagues and answered their questions carefully.

On July 6, 2023, The laboratory held a mutual evaluation meeting to inspection of experimental records.

In mutual evaluation, everyone evaluated each other’s experimental records and graded their results in a double blinded manner. A last, to encourage the students and maintain high quality of work and record keeping, two students were declared as excellent students and awarded. 

The mutual evaluation helped in cultivation of precision, well behaved student in academics, experiments record keeping format and help everyone to do rigorous work to select research direction critically.

On April 6, 2023, to standardize the scientific research in laboratory and find the best imprint of scientific research, the laboratory held a mutual evaluation meeting to inspection of experimental records.

Experimental record is an objective, comprehensive and accurate scientific description of the experimental process, which shows the detailed experimental procedure and results of each experiment. It supports workers to find out difficulties in experiments well in time, which ultimately improves the experimental efficiency of laboratory.

Annual meeting of the laboratory held as per schedule on January 14, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. All lab members (post-doctoral researchers, Doctoral and master research students) reported their experimental results and research progress during the past year one by one comprehensively. At the same time, every member also reviewed and summarized challenges and shortcomings in the work of the past year. In the face of shortcomings, Professor Sun Cheng discussed with everyone carefully, analyzed and looked forward to the work plan for the next year.

After the meeting, all members gathered at eatery and enjoyed a delicious dinner.
